	USCIS to Publish Revised Form I-129
	12 Nov 2010
	USCIS has revised Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, which will be published the same day that the new fee increase takes place – November 23, 2010. On that day, USCIS will accept previous versions of Form I-129 for 30 days (until December 21, 2010). USCIS will reject all petitions filed on forms that do not have November 23, 2010 as the revised date after December 21.
