T. Douglas Stump, founder and Senior Attorney at Stump & Associates,
P.C., is an attorney with nearly 30years of experience in a practice limited
exclusively to immigration law. His practice focuses on employment based
immigration law, complex deportation, federal court litigation, unlawful presence waivers, and family
immigration matters. He currently serves as President-Elect of the 12,000
member American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the nation's largest
organization of immigration attorneys. He has been listed in
the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1996 and is listed in Best Lawyers
in America for immigration law. Mr. Stump was recently recognized in Oklahoma
Magazine as one of the Top 50 Super Lawyers in Oklahoma and is listed in Who's
Who of International Corporate Immigration Attorneys. He has co-edited over 30
books on immigration law and spoken at more than 75 national and international
conferences on immigration law. He frequently serves in an advisory capacity on
legislative efforts to draft new immigration laws.
Mr. Stump is the former
General Counsel for the Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management.

Kelli J. Stump focuses her immigration law practice on complex
deportation, federal litigation, and family and employment based immigrant
petitions. Ms. Stump is a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of Oklahoma City
University School of Law. While in school, she served as Article’s Editor
for the Oklahoma City University Law Review, she was an OCU Law Merit
Scholarship recipient, and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Delta Phi
Honor Societies.
As a member of AILA, Ms. Stump has served two terms as the Oklahoma
AILA Immigration Customs Enforcement Liaison for the Texas Chapter of AILA and
she is currently serving as the Oklahoma Section Coordinator for the Texas
Chapter of AILA. She has presented her work at conferences and is a
co-author of “Dada v. Mukasey: The Supreme Court Addresses the Conflict
Between the Motion to Reopen and Voluntary Departure Provisions,” The Oklahoma
Bar Journal, Vol. 80 No. 7, March 14, 2009.

Matthew D. Stump focuses his practice
on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant business visa issues, I-9 and
corporate compliance and federal mandamus litigation. Matthew has extensive
experience counseling multinational corporations, universities, healthcare
facilities and government agencies on obtaining H, L, O, R, and TN
nonimmigrant visas, and procuring green cards under the extraordinary ability,
outstanding researcher, multinational manager, and National Interest Waiver
categories. He is an expert in Alien Labor Certification
(PERM/iCERTprocessing).
As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association,
Matthew serves on the organization's Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee
and the Distance Learning National Committee. He served three terms as
AILA's Liaison to the Oklahoma City Sub-Office of the U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services. He has been requested to serve as a CLE discussion
panelist for five AILA conferences, including the 2011 and 2012 AILA Annual
Conferences. Matthew graduated with distinction from the University of
Oklahoma, wherein he received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He
received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is
a member of the Oklahoma Bar and is licensed to practice in every federal court
in Oklahoma, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
