T. Douglas Stump is an attorney with nearly 35 years of experience in a practice limited exclusively to immigration law. He is Past President of the 14,000 member American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is former General Counsel for the Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management. He has been listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1996, is annually listed in Best Lawyers in America for Immigration Law and has been named one of the Top 50 Super Lawyers in Oklahoma. He has co-edited over 35 books, spoken at more than 100 national and international conferences and often serves in an advisory capacity on legislative efforts.
Matthew D. Stump maintains a focused practice on employment-based business visa issues and corporate compliance. He has extensive experience representing elite scientists, artists, musicians, athletes and entrepreneurs as well as counseling both small and large multinational corporations on E, H, L, O, P, R, and TN nonimmigrant visas, as well as procuring green cards under the various EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. Matthew serves AILA as Chair of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee (2015-2016) and is frequently requested to serve as an expert panelist or presenter.
Kelli J. Stump focuses her immigration law practice on complex deportation, federal litigation, and family and employment based immigrant petitions. As a member of AILA, Kelli serves as Chair of the Texas Chapter and Chair of AILA’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) National Committee. She served two terms as the Oklahoma AILA Immigration Customs Enforcement Liaison for the Texas Chapter of AILA and has presented her work at several national and international conferences/ She is co-author of “Dada v.
